Steward pays close attention to detail and has provided excellent surveys that have saved us a few oversights and a great deal of money. One such time was when the elevations on our drawings were off and the guys on site had not noticed the discrepancies but Steward did. On Stew’s advice, they called the office to find that they had sent the wrong site plans and not the revised set.

Steward helped us with a situation where our neighbor’s contractor had placed their heat pump partially on our property. Our homes are close together but our neighbor refused to hire a survey before installation, then refused to have his contractor move the unit. We hired Steward to survey to prove our position which got the neighbor to move his equipment at his expense. I’m a believer in hiring a good surveyor and Tru-Line saved our day.
